How many guests can each yacht accommodate?

Our fleet caters from 13 guests (Riviera 39) up to 45 guests (Aquila 48, Megaway 45, Leopard 51). Max capacity is shown as "Up to N guests" on each yacht card.

Where do your charters depart from and sail?

We depart from Marina @ Keppel Bay and ONE°15 Marina at Sentosa Cove. Popular routes include the Southern Islands (Lazarus, St John's, Kusu) and the Marina Bay skyline.

What is included in the charter price?

Licensed captain, professional crew, fuel, and standard onboard amenities. Food, drinks, and add-ons (catering, photography, water toys, DJ) can be arranged on request.

How far in advance do I need to book?

A minimum of 12 hours' notice is required, and we accept bookings up to 6 months in advance. For weekends and peak periods, book earlier to secure your preferred yacht and time slot.

Do you accommodate corporate events, birthdays, or weddings?

Yes — we host private celebrations, corporate functions, photo and video shoots, and milestone events. Our concierge will tailor the boat, route, and add-ons to the occasion.

How much can my yacht earn in charter revenue?

Earnings depend on vessel size, condition, location, and how often you make it available. Singapore-based catamarans and flybridges in our managed fleet typically book 4 to 12 charters per month during peak season. We provide projected revenue figures during our onboarding consultation, based on your specific vessel.

What does Coconut Yachts' yacht management service include?

Full operational management: crew scheduling and supervision, charter bookings via our concierge platform, marina coordination at Marina @ Keppel Bay or ONE°15, fuel and consumables logistics, regulatory and insurance compliance, and monthly performance reporting. You retain ownership; we handle the operational lift.

Do you handle maintenance, surveys, and certifications?

Yes. Our maintenance team manages routine servicing, engineering audits, anti-fouling, electrical and plumbing systems, and certification renewals. We work with licensed surveyors for annual inspections. Both contract and one-off services are available.

How do you market and book charters for my vessel?

Your yacht is added to our public fleet showcase at coconutyachts.com with professional photography, optimized listings, and is discoverable through our concierge form, SEO, and partner channels. All inquiries route through our team and we confirm slots with you before booking.

Can I still use my own yacht when it's under management?

Yes. Owner usage is built into the management agreement. You specify your personal usage calendar in advance; we block those dates and never book charters over them. Last-minute owner usage is also accommodated subject to vessel availability.

What happens if I want to sell my vessel?

Our Brokerage department handles sales for managed and external yachts. We provide market valuation, technical health checks, listing photography, qualified buyer outreach, and contract handling. As an existing managed-fleet owner, you receive a streamlined transition timeline.
