  • 15 – 30 Days Prior: 50% of the charter fee is forfeited. The remaining 50% will be issued as a credit voucher valid for 6 months.

  • Less than 14 Days Prior: 100% of the charter fee is forfeited. No refunds or credits will be issued.

  • No-Show: 100% forfeiture of the charter fee.

2. Weather Policy (The Singapore Standard)
The safety of our guests and crew is our absolute priority. The Captain has sole discretion to determine if weather conditions are safe for navigation based on real-time data from the National Environment Agency (NEA).

  • Light Rain/Passing Showers: The charter will proceed as scheduled. Our vessels are equipped with sheltered salons and decks.

  • Heavy Rain/Thunderstorms (Unsafe Conditions): If the Captain deems conditions unsafe at the time of departure:

    1. The departure may be delayed by up to 90 minutes.

    2. If conditions remain unsafe after the wait period, the charter will be rescheduled to a mutually agreeable date within 3 months.

    3. Rescheduling is the primary remedy. Cash refunds are not issued for weather-related disruptions.

  • Weather During Charter: Should weather turn unsafe while at sea, the Captain may return to the marina early. No pro-rata refunds are issued.
