Refund Policy

At Coconut Yachts, our refund terms are simple and transparent.

1. No Refunds

All charter bookings are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, fees paid are not refunded, whether or not the charter takes place.

2. Deposits Are Non-Refundable

The deposit taken to confirm your booking is non-refundable. Once a deposit has been taken, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.

3. The Only Flexibility We Offer Is a Date Change

In place of refunds, we may be able to move your charter to a new date. Date changes are subject to the timeframes and conditions set out in our Cancellation & Weather Policy, and must be requested more than 14 days before your charter date.
