Sanitary Facilities: Private onboard washroom/shower facilities.

Fuel & Utilities: All standard cruising fuel and utility costs included.
Water Toys: Usage of vessel’s standard water toys (e.g., Stand-Up Paddleboard, Floating Mats).
Footwear Policy: For safety and deck preservation, no shoes are allowed on board. Crew will collect footwear upon boarding.
Red Wine Policy: Strictly Prohibited. Red wine stains teak wood and interior fabrics permanently. White wine, champagne, and clear spirits are welcome.
Marine Toilet System: Please do not throw toilet paper, sanitary pads, or trash into the toilet bowl. Marine plumbing is sensitive and clogs easily. Bins are provided.
Cleaning & Damages:
Vomit/Soiling Fee: A professional cleaning fee (starting from $200+) applies if guests soil the yacht (vomit, heavy spills, etc.).
Damages: Guests are liable for any breakage of equipment or furniture during the charter.
Smoking: Permitted only at the rear (stern) of the yacht while stationary. Strictly no smoking in cabins or covered deck areas.
Embarkation Point: Marina @ Keppel Bay or ONE°15 Marina.
Punctuality:
The charter starts and ends at the specific booked time.
Late arrival by guests does not extend the charter duration.
No Show: Arrival more than 1 hour late without notice is considered a cancellation with no refund.
Water Safety:
Life jackets are available and mandatory during emergency situations.
Swimming Cut-off: No water activities allowed after 7:00 PM (Sunset) for safety visibility.
Prohibited Items: No illegal substances, firearms, or hazardous items. Possession results in immediate charter termination and police reporting.
Weather Policy (Rain or Shine):
Charters generally proceed in light rain.
Captain’s Decision: If heavy rain/storms make sailing unsafe, the Captain may delay the start or reschedule to a later date.
No Refunds: Weather cancellations are strictly for rescheduling only; no cash refunds.
Cancellation Terms:
< 14 Days Notice: 100% Forfeiture (No refund, No reschedule).
< 1 Month Notice: 50% Penalty / Fees apply for rescheduling.
> 1 Month Notice: Eligible for reschedule or refund (less admin fees).
